  • Return & Refund Policy

    Since all orders are customized as per the customer’s requirements and are perishable in nature, refunds are not possible for same-day cancellations.

    Cancellation Policy

    • A minimum of 1-day prior notice is required for cancellation of regular cakes.
    • A minimum of 2-days prior notice is required for Large or Special Cakes.
    • A 5% cancellation charge will be applicable on all eligible refunds.

    To cancel an order, the customer must email at britishbakesofficial@gmail.com with the subject line:
    “Cancellation Request”, including:

    • Order ID
    • Reason for cancellation

    Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 2–3 working days from the date of cancellation.

    Important Conditions

    • No refund will be allowed in case of flavour change or variation.
    • Once the order is confirmed, any modification requests (including flavour) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
    • Refund requests for last-minute cancellations or after order preparation has started will not be accepted.

    Refund Discretion

    It is entirely at the discretion of British Bakes to:

    • Approve or reject any cancellation or refund request
    • Offer a replacement, store credit, or any alternative resolution

    In certain cases, refunds may be issued as British Bakes Wallet Cash Points, which can be used for future purchases.

    Policy Acceptance

    By placing an order with British Bakes, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms mentioned in this Return & Refund Policy.
